In a world where children are bombarded with media defining 'beautiful', it is important for us to help them build healthy body images. We do this through giving the gift of fitness.

For many children, athletics are a place to release anxiety and stress. For others, fitness helps children succeed later in life by setting goals and attaining them.

At the Personalized Physique we offer a unique approach to wellness, athletics and fitness. We do this by offering programs that engage balance, coordination, speed, agility, plyometrics, and utilizing their own body weight. We've worked with teenagers looking to better their run times for team sports, teenagers looking to make varsity sports teams, obese children and teenagers, children recovering from injury and children as young as nine.  Our priority is to cater to each specific clients need.
