I have been interested in fitness from a young age. I love to work out and enjoy the feeling of achievement after a great workout. I enjoy helping others and like to see the changes that can happen with hard work and dedication. I believe that exercise is something that has to be consistent and part of your everyday life. You have to find something that you enjoy and will keep with it. Exercise should be fun and something that you look forward to. I exercise first thing in the morning every day and it ensures that I will have a great day. Through my certification I have learned exercise physiology and prescription training. I keep updated on new techniques and use them with my clients. It is important to keep changing your routine so you don’t plateau. I like to do intervals and plyometrics with my clients because it can really spark weight loss. I like to run races and I am currently training for a half marathon. I believe that it is important to have goals so you are always striving for something better. Philosophy: I believe that everyone can achieve their personal best through exercise and nutrition. My interests: Weight training, running, reading, and traveling. Certifications: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) CPR/AED Certified |
