Introducing Amber, a personal fitness trainer serving Beverly, Swampscott, Marblehead, Peabody, Salem, Lynn, Lynnfield, Saugus, Wenham, Nahant, Wakefield, and Manchester by the Sea in Massachusetts.

In college, I trained at a high level and played soccer for Seton Hall University, a Division I team.  As a college player, I gained a thorough understanding of conditioning, nutrition and injury prevention.  During the summers I coached soccer and swimming which helped me expand my knowledge of fitness and conditioning and taught me how to make working out more enjoyable.  I also have 12 years of experience in Tae Kwon Do and two years of experience boxing.  I worked to be an ACE certified personal trainer because I love the extensive benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise and a balanced diet can boost mood, confidence and often translates to improved output in the workplace.  I enjoy training clients of all ability levels not only by giving them fun and challenging workouts, but also helping them to establish healthy and rewarding habits outside of the training sessions to accelerate their progress in the program.

My favorite types of workouts provide rapid results and are fun enough to want to do daily. Boxing or kickboxing are often involved in my workouts because both activities provide a particularly engaging type of interval training that tone the entire body and leave you hungry for more.  In my workouts, I like to add variety to insure clients never get bored.  Between sets of kicks and punches I like to include jump ropes, fitness bands, an urban rebounder and weights.  My leisure activities include sailing, traveling, and riding my bike anyplace with fun sights along the way.
