Physical fitness serves the body, mind and soul. My own personal passion for physical fitness has brought me from the computer software industry into the field of personal training. I have been a personal trainer since 2004 working at internationally owned corporate health club facilities, privately owned studios and in clients' homes. My success with clients led me to a career in nursing to further assist individuals adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Providing a fun and effective way to improve and maintain each individual's physical health and well being is one of my main goals. I do this by adopting a training style to adapt to each client's motivational needs and keeping a strong focus on clients' goals. Training emphasis is on mind body awareness ensuring correct body alignment during all training modules. Training modules are varied to ensure challenge to sensory motor function and structural efficiency, but simple enough to fit some routines into every day activities. The focus is always on a healthy physically fit lifestyle.
