Introducing Michelle a personal fitness trainer serving Portsmouth, Durham, Exeter, Rye, Hampton and 20 miles surrounding Portsmouth NH.

Michelle is a devoted fitness instructor trained in various methods of Pilates, Yoga, Weight training, Stretching, Cardiovascular, and Nutrition. She is experienced in working with individuals and groups to design movement therapy programs.  Eight years working as a Chef in the industry along with two years as a Caterer and Personal Chef, has led to lifelong research studies in nutrition, sports nutrition, vegetarianism, and Ayurvedic principles.

Her health and fitness regime is shown in an active lifestyle as being a runner, cyclist, skier, yoga practitioner and outdoor sports enthusiast.  A background in Culinary Arts and nutrition has played an integral part of helping others to better their health through nutritional habits along with exercise. Michelle also competitively particpates in half marathons, triathlons, and relay races.
