What to bring
- We provide almost everything, we just ask that you bring a pair or dumbbells. Women should bring a pair of 5-10 pound weights. Men should bring 10-12 pound weights.
- Water or Low Calorie Gatorade or other beverage with electrolytes
- Towel
- Mat
- Keep a granola bar/ piece of fruit/ or protein bar in your bag
What to wear
- Light Colored clothing.
- If you own dri fit or moisture wicking clothing wear it to help ventilate
- Hat/ visor/ sunglasses to help shield from the sun in the summer
- Sunscreen
- Sneakers that are broken in, Don’t wear new sneakers!
