Andover Boot Camp Location: Kelly Field, Milton, MA We recommend if you know in advance which sessions you would like to sign up for in order to reserve your spaces. We fill up very quickly and have a maximum number that we allow in each session to ensure everyone gets personal attention! You should expect not to be bored!!
We begin and end each session by weighing in and taking everyone's body fat. This takes about 20 minutes to complete everyone. All information remains private between you and us.
Each session is inclusive of a warm up, then we break into small groups where participants rotate between stations. Stations are a wide variety of equipment that is provided including, sandbags, tires, jump ropes, balls, cones, plyometrics, dumbbells, and much more! We end every boot camp class with an organized stretch where we utilize straps to help prevent injury and help speed along your fitness progress by increasing your flexibility.
Our programs are offered on Monday thru Thursday.
They are offered 2 times a day at 5:45 am and at 6pm. You are allowed to choose ANY 2 days or times that fit your schedule. If one week am works and the next evenings work better feel free to float between each session. You don't even need to notify us which days that you will be attending
We offer programs for people who want to workout 2 times a week (10 sessions) and also programs for unlimited sessions during the 5 week period (Up to 20 sessions). It is only an additional $15 extra person to sign up for the unlimited sessions.
We recommend if you will be traveling to sign up for the 2 times a week so you can "make up" missed sessions during the other 5 weeks that you will not be vacationing.
Our programs are run year round.
We hold outdoor programs from March to the end of November and then we move indoors from December to February.
Our programs are run every 5 weeks.
We have very limited space as people sign up weeks and months in advance. Once we are at capacity we recommend you put your name on our wait list and sign up for the next series to reserve your spaces!
We like to be as authentic as possible! Rain or shine we are out there. If we are to cancel the sessions you will receive an email. We have only ever cancelled one session last year due to lightning.
During the winter months we move indoors—we draw the line at sleet and snow. We switch over to indoor training during the end of November about Thanksgiving time.
We offer flexibility for people who travel during the summer months. We want to make sure that even though you go on vacation it doesn’t mean you have to give up your workouts!

We have approximately 150 people per 5 week program.
We have 3-5 trainers per class depending on class size/day/time
Each class usually consists of 20-50 people
One trainer per 10-20 people
We have a dietary program that is designed by a registered dietitian and customized to your fitness and health goals. Each diet is customized to your personal needs.
We give you a log in code for access to your personal nutritional portal, where you can track how much you each, how many calories, print grocery lists, print out your customized 7 day food plan inclusive of meals and snacks, print recipes, track your weight, and body fat and much more!
Our program is based on healthy eating and lifestyle changes that make it feel manageable to reach your fitness goals.
