What Should I Expect From My Home Personal Trainer Program?

All of our home personal training programs are designed for you to get the most out of your workout. During your initial appointment you will meet with your personal trainer to discuss your fitness goals as well as take your measurements so we can assess your starting point. You will also be put through a fitness assessment workout which is a series of exercises and challenges that help us to decide the best course of action for us to help you reach your goals.

Our personal training programs are designed to be cardiovascular, weight lifting, and functional training. All of these components help our home personal training clients to develop even muscle development, condition the body as a whole and create faster results. You can expect to have a total body workout and plenty of sweat!

As far as our results go, every home personal training client is unique. We have had clients lose anywhere from 10-90 pounds, lose several sizes in clothes, attain better posture, body fat % reduction, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, strengthen joints, maintain bone density, improve endurance and energy levels, “lift up” the glutes, decrease cellulite, develop tone and muscle development, and improved confidence.
