What Does Your Personal Fitness Training Program Include?
- 4-12+ (60 minutes, each) In Home Personal Training Sessions. During these fitness work out sessions we customize a workout that will get you the best results based on your body type, and fitness goals. Using a personal trainer increases your results by perfecting your form, including specific cardio programs, getting motivated by your trainer, and being held accountable!
- Diet Plan, created by a registered dietitian, customized to your goals. Comes with a login portal to make sure you stay on track and reach your goals, also includes, recipes, meal planners,nutrtional analysis and grocery lists.
- Body Fat Testing, Weigh Ins, BMI Testing and Hip and Waist Measurements. We implement this type of testing because, having a starting point and regular check ins, makes sure that you are losing fat pounds, gaining lean muscle, and staying on track to your fitness goals.
- Access to Phone, Online and Email Support. Our head personal training staff is always available for support via phone, email and online, because we realize that wellness is not a quick fix. If you are looking for recipe, food, exercise, or weight loss answers, we are here to help!

What can I expect from my home personal trainer program?
All of our home personal training programs are designed for you to get the most out of your workout. During your initial appointment you will meet with your personal trainer to discuss your fitness goals as well as take your measurements so we can assess your starting point. You will also be put through a fitness assessment workout which is a series of exercises and challenges that help us to decide the best course of action for us to help you reach your goals.
Our personal training programs are designed to be cardiovascular, weight lifting, and functional training. All of these components help our home personal training clients to develop even muscle development, condition the body as a whole and create faster results. You can expect to have a total body workout and plenty of sweat!
As far as our results go, every home personal training client is unique. We have had clients lose anywhere from 10-90 pounds, lose several sizes in clothes, attain better posture, body fat % reduction, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, strengthen joints, maintain bone density, improve endurance and energy levels, “lift up” the glutes, decrease cellulite, develop tone and muscle development, and improved confidence.
