Kettle Bell Personal Training

Kettle bells are a great method of personal training for people who want to condition their entire body, lose weight and firm up all over. The kettle bell is designed to be both cardiovascular as well as resistance training and helps speed up fitness results due to its functionality of movement.

Some other interesting facts about kettle bells:

  • Kettle bell is linked back to the Russians in the 17th century and was originally used as a tool in the marketplaces and later become used by country folk to become more efficient in their chores. 
  • In 1980 Olympics,  Kettle bells were used for training of the track and field team and they won gold in all throwing events
  • The United States Secret Service has a 10 minute kettle bell snatch test (10 min max- rep snatches with a 53 pound kettle bell=250 reps!)
