1. Cardio, Cardio, Cardio..Incline Walking and Jogging
2. Down to the core. Forward Lunges with med ball twists
3. Plyometric squat hops on a Bosu: stand on Bosu, squat and hop up towards ceiling, repeat as fast as can go with good form....make sure no knees in front of the toes, sit back on hips when squating!
4. Scissor Lunges. Plyometric Lunges. Go down into lunge and jump to switch legs, lunging for each side, repeat
5. Curtsy Lunges. Lunging on a diagonal to the back (also try forward curtsy)
6. Hands above head at all times, forward alternating lunges onto Bosu
7. Lateral "ski" hops. Jump to the side and squat, and then back, repeat
8. Pliat squats on balls of feet, heels up, toes turned out... Challenge yourself try it with one foot on the Bosu
9. One legged squats, If too easy add a hop....IF still too easy draw a circle on the ground and have to stay within the measurements....IF still too easy add a med ball with twists...LAST Chance...try one legged squat on Bosu (next to wall, just in case)
10. Jump Rope: one legged, two feet with squat, jogging, jump jacks, butt kicks, high knees, ski hops, and heel taps....Try a couple to make sure to engage more than one or two muscle groups!
